The item must be returned in the same condition we sent it in. Return shipping and insurance charges as well as any import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. Item must be returned in the same condition that we sold it in.
However, we do not offer exchanges, refunds or cancellations for orders of any item that has been resized or is customised in any way (choosing other gemstones, gold color, engraving etc). All custom-made jewellery pieces are marked in description as «custom made».
